He Didn't Die So We Could Be Lazy...

God didn't send His son to die so that we could sit around & live our lives for ourselves.  He didn't die & make us free so that we could never be thankful & always want more.  He sent His son to die for us so that we may be free & use the lives we have been given to glorify Him.  So that we could care for the orphans & widows in their distress & seek justice for the poor & destitute.  ( James 1:27 & Proverbs 31:8)

We were made to serve the one who not only created us, as if that isn't reason in it's self.  But also the one who set us free.  Who offers us eternal life, as long as we give our lives to Him & do as He asks.  This isn't always easy, but It wasn't easy for Jesus to be nailed to a cross either.  He paid a price for OUR sins so that we could live a free life.   Now remember that none of us deserved this but He chose to do it anyways.

God died so that we could be His hands & feet.  He wants us to move & act on the many injustices in this world.  To make change for the better & spread his love.   Although people give me compliments & say that "I am doing so much for the kingdom of God!."  I always feel as if I'm not doing enough.  I am always wanting to do more.  I wish I could be everywhere at once fixing this jacked up world.  I know that God is the only one that could fix all of the injustice in this world, but we can at least try right?
